ZS Hospitality is not obliged to provide ingredient information or allergen information on the Platforms. Also, ZS Hospitality does not guarantee that the products sold by the restaurants are free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the restaurants before placing an order on our platform.
Full payment is required to confirm the order.
Once purchased, refunds or cancellations are not accepted.
Delivery
At ZS Hospitality, we pride ourselves on providing food that’s served fresh from our kitchens to your door.
Should you wish to order catering sets or meal sets from multiple outlets, they will be packed into two separate deliveries and an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery charge is HKD 100 within Hong Kong Island from Kennedy Town to Happy Valley. We do not deliver to Kowloon and the New Territories.
Delivery times varies for each outlet from Monday to Sunday.
Our delivery service is provided by third party. Doorstep delivery is subject to availability of the service provider. Please kindly pick up your order downstairs if the delivery provider does not deliver to your doorstep.

Cancellation Policy
We aim to ensure that we meet all customers’ preferred dates and deadlines. Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
